| Matthew has been photographing architecture and interior design in the western United States for more than 15 years. Drawing his earliest influences from the long history of landscape photographers native to the region, he continues to view photography through a fine arts lens. Matthew’s work has appeared in a wide range of publications, including Western Interiors and Design, Architectural Digest, Architectural Record, The New York Times, and Dwell. In additon, he photographed the best selling book Concrete Countertops and the follow-up Concrete at Home as well as contributing to a host of other design books. Matthew’s personal work focuses on various subjects from architectural abstractions to a 10 year project of portraiture and reportage in Haiti. |
